1. Returns and Refunds

At Plane Sports Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

  • The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return and request a refund:

  • Contact our customer service team at planesportscards@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
